cardio = whack

today i finally weighed myself after ive been dieting for 2 days haha. from 176 i dropped to 174. two pounds is always good news i guess. ive been going to the gym twice a day lately. right after school so i could work out on the stair master so it could work out my legs and be counted as cardio. i also do my daily ab workouts. then i come back at night for basketball which is also my cardio and to do my ab thing again. NOT EATING SUCKS! smell ya later.
